AmericanHort Meeting Policy
All meetings held during Cultivate'18, including those at area hotels, are subject to the approval of AmericanHort to minimize conflict with Cultivate'18 events and functions. Meetings include, but are not limited to, receptions, demonstrations, technical seminars, and training sessions. Meeting space may only be reserved by an exhibitor, sponsor, or approved organization and cannot be used in lieu of exhibit space.
Restricted hours are:
Saturday, July 14, 2018 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, July 15, 2018 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday, July 16, 2018 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday, July 17, 2018 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
